Rockhopper was established in 2004 with a strategy to invest in and undertake an offshore oil exploration programme in the North Falkland Basin. It was floated on AIM in August 2005. Rockhopper was the first company to make a commercial oil discovery in the Falklands. Today Rockhopper is the largest acreage holder in the North Falkland Basin, with interests in the Greater Mediterranean region.

Also looking at the massive number of ATs compared to the average per trading it looks like many stop losses were triggered, which did not help.
I appreciate that the Greek euro crisis and the usual noise coming from the Argies is not helping, but those 2 problems have been simmering for a while.
I just can't believe we are down on the day.
Good job the results weren't even better, the sp might have dropped further.
Latterly the markets are harder to understand than the workings of a womans mind.

Investors perhaps have stopped buying into the news and sp rise. I take it for the sp to drop, more shares have been sold then purchased. I hope for all of us this is not the future.

You should try it, tir a piece of baler string round your trouser legs, get a long stick, go to your local orchard in the middle of your village about 11.30pm, hum to yourself the worsels song "I've gota brand new combine harvester" whilst walking backwards around each tree tapping the branches as you go!! there will be no rain where you end up.,.
