Alex is just doing a DB restart - normal service should resume very soon - Toya, apologies, it would seem you were right - we know what is casuing this and howp to have a fix in place to eliminate this early morning issue as soon as possible,

ISP is Eclipse - no prob with them whatsoever. Firewall McAffee same as Greekman. That would not give an intermittent fault in any case - got to be some instability your end somewhere

Can you tell me why every am as soon as the trades come in, live streaming prices crash. Today I'm also getting 'service unavailable'. A few weeks ago I thought it was because I had an old computer that couldn't cope! However now that I have upgraded and the service is getting worse it is obviously your problem. It is an unacceptable situation and unless you resolve it, I'm afraid I shall take my custom elsewhere.

How can it be that every morning we have problems with MoneyAm website?? i.e no Stockwatch, no live prices & no L2....why this constant problems with connection??
Losing 15 mins first thing when the Markets open is a real *****!!!
