The only other thing I know is pay the tax when you place

OK...hmmm...

Salmon pasta salad - low fat mayonnaise version, salmon, red pepper
wholewheat pasta, plenty of lemon juice, some chopped chives, chopped
cucumber, served on a bed of sliced tomatoes.

Salmon gently cooked with baby veggies and jersey royals.

Salmon mousse ala Hils served with salad.

Delicious bunny - put me down for the low fat mayonnaise version -
I would really prefer with the jersey royals dripping in
butter but must make an effort for the next few weeks :-)

Research out today blamed too much red meat (fresh
and processed) as increasing chances of bowel cancer...
there is always some bad news, isn't there :-(

Thanks jj, I like a bit of red meat, don't think I am going to change my eating habits.

Opto you should be fine as they high-lighted people who are eating two portions a day, which hopefully is a very few people, hopefully most people
know by now that's a recipe for trouble...

Three portions a week is about my red meat consumption.

That's not too bad, it's the really big meat eaters I think they are after.
That said a day of salmon would be beneficial in here

Dinner here is roast L*** - lucky Spacey is on a long day
in London and Lambykins is not around much at
the moment. LOL

Opto, have you counted ham or similar sandwiches
in your red meat calculation? You are safe
sticking to Danish!!
