stockbunny - 15 Jun 2005 09:34 - 4876 of 24230

Good luck all those at York and also there in spirit and online
bookie's account! Back some winners chaps! :>)

Ok Wednesday....market looks ok in places....
danish and a pot of tea for me please!

jeffmack - 15 Jun 2005 09:45 - 4877 of 24230

Got any tips for us bunny

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2005 09:49 - 4878 of 24230

LOL - Jeffie the depth of my wisdom on gee-gees goes no
further then one leg in each corner and eats hay! :>)
The only other thing I know is pay the tax when you place
the bet, but that's null and void now so I'll leave it in
your and the other chaps capable hands - oh and I would like
a nice original hat if you see one...
;>)

optomistic - 15 Jun 2005 09:57 - 4879 of 24230

All this talk about gambling on horses. Very risky, stick to something safe like trading the market........ LOL
Time for a pot and danish.

jj50 - 15 Jun 2005 10:02 - 4880 of 24230

Danish and a pot of tea coming up Miss Bunny :-)

Have you any nice plans for lunch - think we had
better have fish on the menu today, taking account
of the bad news on red meat! Shall send down some
freshly caught Scottish salmon ....

Take care on the roof Fundy and opto, I've just
put a generous "nip" of rum out for you!

optomistic - 15 Jun 2005 10:13 - 4881 of 24230

Thanks jj, that's very thoughtfull. What about the red meat stuff, not seen anything about that?

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2005 10:14 - 4882 of 24230

Oh I love salmon :>)

OK...hmmm...

Salmon pasta salad - low fat mayonnaise version, salmon, red pepper
wholewheat pasta, plenty of lemon juice, some chopped chives, chopped
cucumber, served on a bed of sliced tomatoes.

Salmon gently cooked with baby veggies and jersey royals.

Salmon mousse ala Hils served with salad.

jj50 - 15 Jun 2005 10:30 - 4883 of 24230

Delicious bunny - put me down for the low fat mayonnaise version -
I would really prefer with the jersey royals dripping in
butter but must make an effort for the next few weeks :-)

Research out today blamed too much red meat (fresh
and processed) as increasing chances of bowel cancer...
there is always some bad news, isn't there :-(

optomistic - 15 Jun 2005 10:33 - 4884 of 24230

Thanks jj, I like a bit of red meat, don't think I am going to change my eating habits.

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2005 10:35 - 4885 of 24230

Opto you should be fine as they high-lighted people who are eating two portions a day, which hopefully is a very few people, hopefully most people
know by now that's a recipe for trouble...

optomistic - 15 Jun 2005 10:44 - 4886 of 24230

Three portions a week is about my red meat consumption.

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2005 10:46 - 4887 of 24230

That's not too bad, it's the really big meat eaters I think they are after.
That said a day of salmon would be beneficial in here
:>)

optomistic - 15 Jun 2005 10:47 - 4888 of 24230

That will do very nicely, thanks Bunny

jimmy b - 15 Jun 2005 10:48 - 4889 of 24230

Morning,, beautiful day here on the south coast , must be in the 80's.

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2005 10:49 - 4890 of 24230

Morning Jimmy - how's tricks?
:>)

jimmy b - 15 Jun 2005 10:51 - 4891 of 24230

Sunbathing today , i'll have to get my butler to fix me a drink.

stockbunny - 15 Jun 2005 10:55 - 4892 of 24230

A nice pina collada for me please while you're calling him!
:>)

jj50 - 15 Jun 2005 13:10 - 4893 of 24230

The south coast of where jimmy b? :-) Are we
on the same island?

In for my salmon thanks Bunny - having
served the rest of the troops.
Dinner here is roast L*** - lucky Spacey is on a long day
in London and Lambykins is not around much at
the moment. LOL

Opto, have you counted ham or similar sandwiches
in your red meat calculation? You are safe
sticking to Danish!!

Did I hear the words "pina collada"?

optomistic - 15 Jun 2005 13:13 - 4894 of 24230

jj, forgot about ham, that's 4/5 portions a week then. I hope you don't find something else I should count I'll starve. :-(

hilary - 15 Jun 2005 13:16 - 4895 of 24230

Half a packet of Feta Cheese, a tomato and some chunks of cucumber for me please. I'm in bubble mode.
