ISP is Eclipse - no prob with them whatsoever. Firewall McAffee same as Greekman. That would not give an intermittent fault in any case - got to be some instability your end somewhere - even having probs posting this now.

Going to get some seriously strong coffee I reckon - may be pour it down my laptop; that'll cure it

Can you tell me why every am as soon as the trades come in, live streaming prices crash. Today I'm also getting 'service unavailable'. A few weeks ago I thought it was because I had an old computer that couldn't cope! However now that I have upgraded and the service is getting worse it is obviously your problem. It is an unacceptable situation and unless you resolve it, I'm afraid I shall take my custom elsewhere.

How can it be that every morning we have problems with MoneyAm website?? i.e no Stockwatch, no live prices & no L2....why this constant problems with connection??
Losing 15 mins first thing when the Markets open is a real *****!!!

we understand you frustration, and believe me, I would like you much prefer for all to running smoothly and for no interruptions to service in the morning. However, as said, Alex knows what is casuing this, it is a priority and every efffort will be made to ensure a permanent fix is put in as soon as possible,

What are you seeing? Could you try restarting yoru browser - also, could you try clearing out your temporary internet files please (go to tools, delete browsing history and then temp internet files).
