How can it be that every morning we have problems with MoneyAm website?? i.e no Stockwatch, no live prices & no L2....why this constant problems with connection??
Losing 15 mins first thing when the Markets open is a real *****!!!

we understand you frustration, and believe me, I would like you much prefer for all to running smoothly and for no interruptions to service in the morning. However, as said, Alex knows what is casuing this, it is a priority and every efffort will be made to ensure a permanent fix is put in as soon as possible,

Agreed. With the markets as they are at the moment, if you miss the first hour then for many days that's it.

What are you seeing? Could you try restarting yoru browser - also, could you try clearing out your temporary internet files please (go to tools, delete browsing history and then temp internet files).

Ian, I am using a Mac OS X version 10.4.11 with Safari browser, ISP is Virgin; I don't normally seem to have the problems that others seem to suffer but today mine mirrors theirs. When I do have a problem it eases or clears when I empty the cache and clear the history, occasionaly I have to do a restart. It seems to me that Mac with safari is a more stable platform, though even this has had a monster struggle to keep up today!
