Just got in 1715hrs. Stockwatch not opening. The usual red X in corner. Java is latest and up to date. Also logged out and back in twice, still u/s.

OK now after trying all sorts. Eventually turned streaming off, then on again and like magic it worked.

If this happens again could you click on tools on your browser and then click on where it says sun java console - this will open a box up, copy and paste the contents of that box in an e mail and send it to me,

We seem to have a problem with our connection to level 2 at this momnet - we are working to re establish the connection and hope to have things back to normal as soon as possible,

could you close down your browser and then go back in? If that doesn't work, could you go to tools on IE and click on delete browsing history and then on delete temporary internet files please?
