halifax,
it is related, but it is also to do with cahcing on individual machines.
Oak,
Can you clear out your temp internet files by going to tools on IE and then delete browsing history and then temporary internet files.

Finally they did work, yes!
But now they don't seem to be. I can't see the charts that have been posted on the various threads here, see e.g. OXB, PET.
And when I clicked on a chart symbol from my Stockwatch list I just got a blank square where the chart should be. Is anyone else having a problem or is it just me?

I understand and expect from time to time that problems do arise on websites and also the stress that said problems have on the staff but MAM have had ongoing problems on various fronts for months now, which is very unusual!
Over the last few months I've had to double check your trade information (L2) with your competitors due to it being so unreliable, never had these problems before!
Is your site getting attacked by someone and afraid to admit it?
You need to do something and quick and as someone posted before (may have been on a different site) get a permanent 'clickable box' under the heading of eg 'Known Problems' and update as required so keeping people informed!Keeping people informed of known issues is half the battle rather than letting issues having to be brought forward by paying customers on problems that you should already know about ie your end!
Said my bit.............
