Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Company has received notification today from UBS AG that on 18
April 2005 it, acting through its business and legal entities, had an interest
in 11,351,250 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinary shares. This represents 3.03% of
the presently issued share capital of the Company, which stands at 374,315,769
shares.

What would be nice to see is it passing through the 30p mark. After that it will all the way up.

Some major interest this morning. I believe some very good news at the presentation in O.C is attracting the institutional investors coupled with bid spec is fuelling the sp. UBS Ag may also be increasing holding. Re a value on takeover, anyones guess depending on scientists analysis of what the Trials really mean in terms of possibility of cures and the commercial viability and what someone is prepared to pay for a potential blockbuster.

I'm holding on for 50p which I think will be in the second half of this yr. The graph looks good for 33p in the near term.

I'm easily excited I know, well you have to be with these shares! I'll have a heart attack if we get back to the dizzy delights when these were racing up 15p a day! that's going back a few yrs - there's no sense in share prices.

rvitler - please avoid over-excitement, OXB's products are aimed at curing cancer, not avoiding heart-attacks.

We are back where we were Feb last year but it didn't close above 30p on the 3 times that it hit this level.

Not too suprisingly some profit taking at 30.10p has seen SP drop back but IMHO it will still close at the 30p barrier. MMs could be collecting for a big buyer

Well that was short-lived. Did they run out of oxygen at the "peak" of 30p?

It looks like another false dawn to me.

I've lightened my load on these, I think it will retrace again.

The Company has received notification today from Calyon Corporate and Investment
Bank that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Ltd has an interest in
29,962,000 Oxford BioMedica plc 1p ordinary shares. This represents 8.00% of the
presently issued share capital of the Company, which stands at 374,756,353
shares.


That means they have increased their stake from 7.3 to 8%

Looks like my prediction of a 35p price target
may come true after all. A few weeks ago
after making that prediction I felt like
1704 Muppet (No comments please) but now
just call me 1704 Buffet. Ya get me!
