Not in anymore....bought some COV, with the funds and a few XEL and others.....no better place to be than the oil sector it seems...

This latest well has a bit more meat in it than the Torea wildcat where the seismic turned up a coal field.....from what I gather the same situation at depth can turn into oil....

That is the question ?....I think that FOGL are going to hit something as their acreage is massive with more than a dozen viable prospects....one would think that a gas or oil discovery should be there waiting to be discovered.....I'm sticking my neck out and saying 60% chance of at least one of their prospects being commercial....not sure about BOR though....this first one is in the lap of the gods....

I think BOR will hit something at Darwin, and FOGL will hit at Loligo.

I think the south falklands basin will be like shooting fish in a barrel, and when the 1st strike occurs, soon for BOR I hope, all the focus on the north falklands will dissipate rapidly.

But, according to Reynolds there is more to be had in the Falklands than just a speculative punt on exploration drilling.

“The Falklands offers a bit of everything for investors at the moment,” she said.

“Rockhopper provides relatively low-risk development upside, while FOGL is the most compelling of the exploration plays, although Borders and Southern remains very attractive”.

The analyst also says that while Desire Petroleum and Argos Resources are less attractive at the moment, with no near-term activity, both companies could still benefit from regional euphoria in the event of 2012 discoveries."

Making some moves today...... would be nice to be 100p levels pre-results of Darwin.

The South Falklands now starting to stretch their legs a little, getting ready for the potential big big gains.

Well, 80p today worked itself nicely.

90p tomorrow then ;)

No. Holiding all the way to the Darwin result. Its a strong prospect, why sell for small gains, better take the risk and go for the big gain.
