Dud orders on FP as well.

Kate - been going on for on and off years not months. I have other level 2 feeds as a back-up and while they all have problems from time to time none have this persistent dud order issue.

Halifax,

I am not entirely sure what is happening at your end, but could you try a restart on the machine please? If this does not work, you may want to try a re install on Java by clicking on the word Java on the stockwatch page,

Ian

halifax - 21 Jan 2008 10:44 - 97 of 599

Ian have tried both suggestions but when I click on java nothing happens?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 21 Jan 2008 10:47 - 98 of 599

Here is a direct link to the java download - if you cannot access it from here, it would point at a more serious problem with yoru machine, or at some kind of setting on your machine preventing you from accessing it:

Ian java confirmed as 6.3 this problem occurs on the stockwatch and trades pages and on the quotes page and started yesterday. As I knew you were experiencing tech problems after the earlier system crash I did not report it until this morning.

kate bates - 21 Jan 2008 11:00 - 100 of 599

IanT(MoneyAM) - 21 Jan 2008 11:42 - 104 of 599

halifax,

Can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing please? Press the print screen button (usually located above your cursor keys), and then right click in an E mail and select paste. Send that over to me ian@moneyam.com
