Gently rising...FOGL as well...no news....except Rooney's playing tonight....

required field - 20 Jun 2012 09:39 - 900 of 1086

No sign of any leaks.....must be drilling towards the second target by now.....FOGL's turn getting closer....

Proselenes - 21 Jun 2012 17:23 - 901 of 1086

A lot of buying at the end today and big jump up. Could be pointing to news very soon.

markymar - 21 Jun 2012 17:37 - 902 of 1086

Dont think so i hear rig is not working again.

Wont get news till early July depending on this delay at moment.

Proselenes - 21 Jun 2012 18:50 - 903 of 1086

Could see an "Embargoed to 7am" released in the morning - meaning it should not have leaked but someone did.

Could be the sample update - if I were BOR and the current Stebbing well is looking good then you get the Darwin sample news out first - good news followed by more good news.

If the Stebbing results are looking not so good you go slow on the Darwin testing and release that after any not so good Stebbing news.

All in all looks like something good has made it to a few people - so either rig worker leak or sample results leak.

If I were a betting man I would suggest we will get Darwin sample results in an RNS in the morning - and also that should mean Stebbing is good too when that news comes.

Well ?...what is it ?...rig not working or sample result or hydrocarbon strike !.....could be anything.....the only thing sure is gas consensate and a lot of it by the look of it so far....risky these falkland stocks but the upside is huge if it comes right.....

coeliac1 - 21 Jun 2012 19:48 - 905 of 1086

Any thoughts on the impact on FOGL anyone? Presumably good news will give them a boost too.

Proselenes - 21 Jun 2012 20:43 - 906 of 1086

End of trading day today, buys swarm in from 4pm and price goes up.

A swarm of buyers! Must remember that one PP. Very good. Round the honeypot one hopes!

hlyeo98 - 22 Jun 2012 07:59 - 908 of 1086

It will be down today.

markymar - 22 Jun 2012 08:26 - 909 of 1086

It made it go up a whopping 1.5p....... back down today

watch out for that swarm!!!!

required field - 22 Jun 2012 08:53 - 910 of 1086

Any news Marky as you have your finger close to the pulse ?.....not sure about Borders for oil, but I really think that FOGL have some big hydrocarbons on their acreage....even Borders has gas....and perhaps a lot of it !

markymar - 22 Jun 2012 09:36 - 911 of 1086

if u had ur mail box open i dont mind telling you why.......

Proselenes - 22 Jun 2012 10:49 - 912 of 1086

Still blue and up, on a market down day (as is FOGL).

Certainly interesting, must be some good things happening imo.

Shortie - 22 Jun 2012 15:48 - 913 of 1086

You spoke too soon.

tony727 - 22 Jun 2012 15:51 - 914 of 1086

Rig broke ??

Shortie - 22 Jun 2012 15:53 - 915 of 1086

BOP possibly, who knows, in the meantime an update on Darwin would be nice.

cynic - 22 Jun 2012 16:02 - 916 of 1086

i could very easily be wrong, but the continued lack of enthusiasm for this stock indicates to me that there is no good news imminent ....... with that in mind, i have reduced my holding in fogl (i don't hold bor) to pretty minimal - that is to say, even if sp dropped to zero, there would not be excessively painful damage

halifax - 22 Jun 2012 16:20 - 917 of 1086

cynic seems sensible to us.

Shortie - 22 Jun 2012 16:52 - 918 of 1086

Maybe they bank with RBS and the workers are all demanding their wages before they drill any further!
