Evening all, caught up on lots of mail.
Cilla...if you ever get over here I've a cooler full of fabulous bubbly waiting for you for your faith, albeit possibly misguided.
As I said, the trainer would prefer Sweetv Revenge to finish in the middle of the pack so the handicapper deals with her more leniently.
Just coming from Kotzens yard automatically means they'll look closely...
Next time out might be the better bet but I'll keep all posted.
By the by, all races are shown live throughout Africa and the Middle East and all winners owners, trainers and jockeys are interviewed, bloody hell!!
Hickey..well done to the rugrats; good to know that J's education and intelligence was passed on from his 'jeans'.
Have they got your looks?

JJ
sounds like a good idea - a guinness would go down a treat
LW - typical trainer - hoping for a poorish run first time to keep the handicapper at bay so a gamble can be landed next time out - enjoy the day and let us know when the gamble is!!!!!!

Steve Fossett and global flyer is now at 45000 feet over the pacific about 1000 miles north west of Honolulu, I guess he will be making the decision whether to stop in Hawaii in the next hour or so. It must be very lonely up there so far from land.

"TWA 2341, for noise abatement turn right 45 Degrees."
"Centre, we are at 35,000 feet. How much noise can we make up here?"
"Sir, have you ever heard the noise a 747 makes when it hits a 727?"
