If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

shocking. So can we have some feedback on how moneyam will be tackling comstock re crap service or will this just be forgotten as usual?? I would like some refund for the service i pay for yet do not receive and to a suitable level.

A system is being worked on to re build the order books should something like this happen again and hopefully that should be in place as soon as possible.

ian,
it appears this has happened before...is there not a common cause too this problem.
as it is a critical feed, have comstock not have a high availabilty serice setup..
surely there servers must have reslience and also their networks should have resilience to cope with these problems

any contact address for Comstock so i can mail them to see what they are going to do about this shocking level of service they think they can keep providing. Are moneyam looking into other data feeds? If not why not?? Are you happy with their service and standard of service????

kammy,
This was an extraordinary problem involving a fibre optic cable failure. There are measures in place should outages happen, and we will of course be refviewing what happened today with relation to those,

oliver,
Stocks should start to recitfy themselves as movement comes in. If it is a SEAQ stock, it will not update until the MM's requote, as we do not have the data from prior to when the feed restarted.

Ian, still get "Service not available" glitches showing on L2 and on charts, keep trying and they come right, but it would be nice if they came at first request.

bhunt,
We are looking at this - the price you are seeing is correct just as you say the percentage change is not there. Apologies for this,
Ian

Selecting 1,2,3 days etc. on basic charts gives the previous days but not today's trace. Intraday and streaming charts seem OK though.
