Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).
Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.
cheers GF.

Dil,
I know Manuel is pretty ancient, but not sure how old you are but know that I am older than you.
My comparisons or awareness of changes partially due to the EU go back to before European Economic Community in 1973.
I was discussing some of those changes with my 90 year old brother and we related the changes in living standards, especially health and social standards.
The quality of "life" prior to 1973 would be unacceptable to many of today's public.
Schools, hospital, housing, working conditions, legal freedoms and general wellbeing have been advanced.
Sure some of the changes would have occurred with or without the EU EC etc. but the speeds of those changes were/ are enhanced by the formation, integration, and stability of Europe.
To me, it is daft to renege on promises to subvert its continuing development to satisfy the whims of a few adolescents and immature ideology.

fred the fool believes what the europhiliacs has implanted in his head and the
rest of the brainwashed, that the eu has been the bedrock of their security, when
in fact its being NATO...And when talking about integration, means uncontrolled
immigration and open borders...
The cnut just talks utter Boll**..

Manuel,
Millions of people have been known to form the wrong opinion more than once.
Look what happened.
Being wrong doesn't make you stupid, just misled by yourself or others.
Sometimes even ahead of the pack.

Ukip may not contest seats held by pro-Brexit Tories
Cash-strapped party could stand aside in seats held by Conservatives who campaigned strongly to leave EU
While the main beneficiaries would be Tories, it is possible that some pro-Brexit Labour MPs, for example Kate Hoey in Vauxhall, could also see no Ukip candidate stand against them.

Fred , I can remember 1973 and of course there have been major advances in all walks of life but they would have happened anyway just like they have in the rest of the world.
Even most tin pot countries standards of living are better than they were in 1973.

Max,
I have made loads of mistakes and had them pointed out to me by my 5 wives.
===---=
I was told when I was young that it was OK to make mistakes, but the secret was to try not to repeat them and consider them as part of a learning process.

"Birmingham is worse than Molenbeek"....The Brussels borough that The

Last time I voted Conservative at a General Election was 1992 but wil be voting for them again this time.
I agree with the article and hoped Corbyn and his loony band of lefties get crushed.
