That's really frustrating 3M. I had a similar problem last year but it did not take as long as yours. i hope your friend makes good tea/has a decent bottle of gin!

Just had a week of the same problem. In my case it was a technical glitch at the exchange, although our BT friends at a call centre in India told me our engineer was a lier (her exact word). She was wrong.
