Ian, would it be possible for someone to sort out STI's price information as I am getting a bit tired of having a blank space on my watchlist etc. It used to work ages ago. Thanks.

Dell,

I will look into the RNS thing.

Greek,

I will get Geoff to sort out the demo thing - thanks for pointing it out.

Oily,

It is with our supplier - I will follow this up and hopefully it shoudl be resolved as soon as possible.

Dell,

The RNS problem is with our supplier - they are investigating and hope to have this resolved soon.

Ian - thanks for chasing RNS issue.

FWIW, I can't really see any point in Geoff working on the Stock screener demo, unless the data actually gets updated. As I pointed out earlier, the data must be at least a year, or two, out of date and therefore it's of no use to man or beast.

You can see how old the data is just by the share prices it spews out for various companies.

i.e. AL. at 1128, SBRY at 325, MRW at 192 etc

The functionality of stock screener looks good but not without regular updates...

dell,

The RNS should now be back up and running for you - Geoff will also be taking a look at the stock screener as a whole with regard to updtes.

Haven't read any of the other posts but stockwatch is showing (eg) BLT @ 1510 - 14, L2 show it a @ 1525-26.

Why? Which is correct?

Edit, have now refreshed stockwatch and is show the same as L2. A bit confusing?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 06 Feb 2008 12:55 - 357 of 599

Seymour,

I have both stockwatch and level 2 showing the same i.e. 1525 - 1526. can you try refreshing please?

Ian

Seymour Clearly - 06 Feb 2008 12:58 - 358 of 599

Ian, seems to have sorted, but can't understand why they got out of synch?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 06 Feb 2008 12:59 - 359 of 599

Seymour,

It would seem that fro some reason your machine was struggling to deal with the applet - It might be worthwhile when you have a spare minute, restarting your machine, just to clear everything down.

Ian

Seymour Clearly - 06 Feb 2008 13:27 - 360 of 599

OK Ian, thanks. I am doing a lot on my machine!

We are back in business...!!!!

IanT(MoneyAM) - 06 Feb 2008 15:23 - 362 of 599

oddie,

Yes indeed - we have put a fix in place for the volume problem on level 2 yellow strip. You will see this when you next navigate to another epic code.

Should you see any problems with regard to the volume on yellow strip, please let us know.

I keep getting DB Error Connect Failed when I click a tab or link.

IanT(MoneyAM) - 06 Feb 2008 15:26 - 364 of 599

hilary,

that should be fine now, it was just due to restarts we were doing.

Level 2 performing excellently today, well done moneyam.

greekman - 08 Feb 2008 07:50 - 366 of 599

Anyone else finding the thread links slow to open, yet again. I am sure the fault is not my end as when I open an alternative similar site, that sites links work far faster even with 2 tab open, that MomeyAm does with only one.

Geoff(MoneyAM) - 08 Feb 2008 07:55 - 367 of 599

Greekman,

Are you still experiencing problems?

If so, any particular areas of the site?

Best regards,

Geoff
