re yellow strip lag during the opening 15 minutes on Friday 1st Feb, it would appear that there was an issue at the LSE which caused this in the feed - please see the reply we recieved below:
the LSE and they confirmed throttling on their side:
"Spoke to LSE and they confirmed that the experienced delays on 17s (Service Channel SO2) between 08:00 and 08:15.
This was a result of their system throttling due to high voulumes of trading during this period."

The problem with volume missing on Yellow strip has been going on since 8 a.m - it's now 11.30 a.m and problem still not resolved....what's taking sooooo long?????
I'm with kate...when will we ever get a fault free day/week?????
this is no good to any trader out there..

Please accept our apologies for the yellow strip on level2 not showing volume. It has been caused by a change in our supplier's data feed. This has been escalated to 'urgent' with all involved parties. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Regarding the level2 yellow strip not showing volume, we have now established that we will need to make changes to our core streamer and database code. This work has commenced. We will keep you updated with the progress of these changes.

Fastly loosing all confidence in Level 2.
Actions might just speak louder than words.
About time management (it's not the tech/customer services to blame) took responsibility and got a grip. I have sympathy with customer services who have to continually make excuses for MoneyAm.
